2. Check whether the antifreeze liquid level and the engine oil level are normal, check whether the engine oil quality is normal, and check the antifreeze level of the fuel.
3. If the weather is particularly cold and the downtime of the small excavator is very long, please drain the engine coolant cleanly. At the same time, in order to prevent the battery from feeding, the battery must be removed and placed in a warm place for storage.
4. Start the engine once at an interval. If the antifreeze liquid level and the engine oil level are lower than the normal oil level, please add it to the normal level in time before starting. In cold weather, put the key in the preheating position until the preheating light turns on (repeated preheating for many times), and then start the engine. After idling for 5-10 minutes, operate each cylinder without load for 5-10 times, with the maximum ratio each time The stroke is small 5-10MM. Finally, make the engine rotate at the highest speed to quickly operate each cylinder 5-10 times, and operate the left and right rotation and the forward and backward travel 3 times at the same time. Normal operation cannot be performed until the system temperature rises to 50-80 degrees. Continue to operate all working devices for 5-10 minutes and then stop the engine.
5. Diesel should be replaced with -10 to -30 models, depending on the region, the more northerly regions should add-more diesel, in addition, the diesel filter should be replaced, and the oil should be replaced with the local applicable thick Change the oil and replace the oil filter. If there is oil leakage in the hydraulic system, replace it in time. If possible, keep the oil tank well insulated.
6. The heat dissipation system should be carefully checked for aging and fracture, and if there is any problem, it should be replaced in time because these places are more prone to problems in winter. If you have conditions to provide hot water, the water tank is best to heat the water every day to better start the engine, but you must be careful not to forget to release the water. The reason why the addition of antifreeze is not recommended is because it is more difficult to start the engine when adding antifreeze in a particularly cold area.
